Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Our shipping methods are determined by the type of item. Our available shipping methods are Parcel and Threshold delivery. Smaller items tend to ship via UPS, and most large furniture pieces ships via threshold.

  • Threshold Delivery/ Larger parcels will be delivered over your threshold unless destination is a multi-unit building, in which case they will be left inside building entrance, not at your door. Typical delivery takes 1–3 weeks from date of shipment within the contiguous U.S. Includes an appointment with a 4-hour delivery window coordinated by an agent. Excludes unpacking, assembly and removal of packing materials. Please note: Deliveries to remote areas without highway access may take longer than usual
  • All shipping costs are noted on the item page and calculated for you during the checkout process.
  • Domestic shipping rates include the continental US only, some limitations apply. We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes or APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destination. Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via UPS Ground or by other common domestic carrier.
  • Unless otherwise specified with "White Glove Service" on the product page, Heller does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses.
  • If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges even if Heller paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping).


Please note: Be sure to inspect packages & products and make note of any damages on the delivery receipt/bill of lading (BoL) prior to signing for delivery. Neither Heller nor the carrier company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. If there is a problem with your order contact us within three (3) days of receipt and we will work with you to make things right.
