Shipping Policy
At Heller, our goal is to provide a seamless shipping experience. Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and other key details.
Standard Delivery
We currently ship only to the continental United States. If you wish to ship outside our current market, please contact Returns@HellerFurniture.com.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your package is shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.
Threshold Delivery / Larger Parcels
These items will be delivered over your threshold unless the destination is a multi-unit building, in which case they will be left inside the building entrance, not at your door. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks from the date of shipment within the contiguous U.S. This service includes an appointment with a 4-hour delivery window coordinated by an agent. It excludes unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials. Please note: Deliveries to remote areas without highway access may take longer than usual.

Shipping Costs & Charges
All shipping costs are listed on the item page and calculated at checkout. Costs are determined by delivery location, item size, and weight. International shipments may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Applies only to the continental U.S.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Carriers: Deliveries within the 48 contiguous states are made via UPS Ground or other common carriers.
- Additional Surcharges: Remote destinations or specific methods may incur extra charges, shown at checkout.
Address Verification
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Heller cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address verification is essential to avoid any disruptions in the delivery process.
Freight Forwarders
For customers outside our standard shipping destinations, we offer the option to ship to a domestic freight forwarder of your choice. We are not responsible for shipments once they reach the freight forwarder.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or processed, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges, even if Heller covered the original shipment cost. To avoid these charges, contact us promptly if you wish to make changes to your order.
Delivery Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your packages and products carefully upon delivery. Note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing. Neither Heller nor the carrier is liable for damages unless noted at the time of delivery. If there are issues, contact us within three (3) days of receipt, and we'll work to resolve them.
International Customers
International shipments may face additional customs processing times, duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Heller is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional charges.
Shipping to Remote Locations
If you live in a remote area, your delivery may take longer than usual. We will provide an estimated delivery time during checkout, but actual times may vary based on location accessibility.
