Anna Dawson’s Swell is an inspiring piece that solves a problem using modern design. Shaped like waves in the ocean, the undulating curves cradle your coat and protect your keys. We love the look and adore the function of this small-space solution. It’s modern design working for you.

Date 2022 | Anna Dawson

The Swell Wall Catchall is thoughtfully designed to simplify the process of coming and going from your home. Hang your coat and scarf, toss your keys and wallet into the cups … everything you need is conveniently located in one place and beautifully organized. Swell was designed by Anna Dawson – a California surfer – who also uses the cups to hold surfboard wax and extra bike tubes.

When we saw Anna Dawson’s prototype for Swell at WantedDesign during NYCxDesign in 2022, we were impressed by its fun, sculptural form, and super functional design. We met with Anna, a recent RISD graduate, and immediately started working together to bring this innovative wall organizer into production. A year later, we introduced the Swell Wall Catchall at NYCxDesign’s International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF), where architects, interior designers, retailers, and press come from around the world come to see how modern design can shape and improve how we live.
